Nothing Final

In the Final Fantasy series, what is your favorite monster?

I am extremely bored and got nothing better to do, so I want to ask you all what your favorite monster is in the Final Fantasy games. It can be any monster from any Final Fantasy game, including the ones outside the main series. It can be anything ranging from normal enemies to bosses to final bosses. Keep in mind though that it has to be something with monstrous qualities, so human fights or fights with other races don't count(like the first Seymour fight in Final Fantasy X). I'll include robots just for fun. So what is it?

1. i liked sin, and also seymour in final fantasy X(well thats the only one i ever played =P
2. Hard choice man....I'd have to say a tie between Sin in FF10 or that really hard ship in FF7: Dierge of Cerberus :) i spelled that word with the c wrong :)
3. The T-rexasaur in FF8 is fun because of its power and how challenging it is at high levels. But the best looking monster graphiclly would have to be Sin, SO BIG!!
4. i like aeons more! they're considered monsters right?
5. if I were to choose I would choose Bahamut from both FFX and FFVII and probably go with sin as well!
6. I'd like to say ultimecias last form in Final fantasy 8, monster without a face :p ,so awesome to solo it with Squall alone,or Zell.
