Nothing Final

What are some ds games that are similar to final fantasy type games?

Im talking about either final fantasy 3 types/final fantasy 3ds types. Now I know ff4 is coming out in acouple of weeks but besides that, what are some other games similar to ff or old lunar type games. (i know lunar dragon song, but besides that) and not Pokemon/Digimon type games either even though technically they are similar but not those.

1. Well...there ARE final fantasy games for the DS.
2. I would suggest Final Fantasy XII: Reventant Wings. It combines the rpg element of Final Fantasy and puts it into an RTS style of gameplay. Also Square Enix came out with a new game called World Ends With You, haven;t tried it yet but it looks promising.
