How can I save flash movies to my computer with Internet Explorer to use in youtube vids?

I want to make more youtube vids with actual flash movies but I can't figure out how to save them to my computer. I have Internet Explorer and I don't think it lets you but is there some possible way?

1. You can't without hacking their server. Which is illegal. These websites go to great lengths to keep you from downloading the videos to your computer. They want you to keep coming back to their website. Many sites allow you to embed the video at your own site (MySpace, etc.). There will be a link.
