What can I use to make flash movies?

That is free. Movies like the ones on Newgrounds, not just for a website banner or button. Something like an anime like flash? I mean free and functionel too not a limited trail. Is there anything like that?

1. You probably won't find anything like this completely free unless you're downloading torrents with passwords to register the software.
2. Not that I know of. The cheapest you're gonna get is Macromedia Flash,- although I think it's adobe flash now...

5. Macromedia's Flash is the standard but expensive. An inexpensive full feature competitor is "Swish Max2" at www.swishzone.com. Allows you to create, edit, and produce flash media of all types (including movies). They have a free trial download and easy tutorials to learn from.
